This month’s Engine House Hero is Henry! Why? Because Henry set himself a tough task after hitting a sticking point to improve his deadlift and bench press.

Breaking down progress walls is hard – not only physically but also mentally. So what did he do? Well – we set him up with a program of training for 4 weeks – and the wrecking ball started to hit the wall with consistent training.

Now Henry can proudly sport two new PBs, 230kg on the deadlift and 110kg on the bench. Nice work Henry! Consider that wall well and truly smushed.
