We’ve got barbells, kettlebells, rigs, racks, dumbells, bands, sleds, ropes, weight machines, bikes, rowers and more! Plus, there is plenty of it to go around – no waiting your turn.

What we believe in (and what we don’t).

We are big believers in helping ordinary folk find their fit. What that means depends on you and what you want.

We love helping people improve their general well being as well as functioning that bit better in what ever your day to day life throws at you. That’s why we like to focus our training on how to improve your quality of life in a meaningful way using movement patterns that mimic what your body does in real life, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting and bending.

Our goal is to improve your ability to get through life with ease, reducing your chances of injury and boosting your overall physical functionality. This approach can help everyone at any fitness level.

If you’ve ever felt the fear of being judged or out of place in a gym we feel that pain with you. An intimidating atmosophere can put anyone off, especially newcomers or those who have a bit less confidence.
