Unlike your typical gym, here at The Engine House Gym we have created a variety of programmes to help our clients achieve their desired results. Together, we decide on the system that targets your goals and suits your lifestyle.
Before your first training session, we will complete a health and movement screen on you. Our aim is to help you move better, get stronger and leaner in a safe and fun environment.
Quentin Bevan
Quentin is a Kettlebell specialist who is very proud of being a StrongFirst instructor. Using the StrongFirst principles combined with over 10 years Personal Training experience, Quentin achieves significant and sustainable results with his clients. Delivering both one to one and group sessions in the Wantage (Oxfordshire) area Quentin has built a reputation as both a personable and effective trainer.

James Lloyd
James has been training & coaching for over 4 years in the industry. He started up his own personal training company FSC Personal Training in 2013 and has now come on board with us. Being fortunate enough to have learnt from some of the worlds leading strength & fitness coaches, he has utilised all of the knowledge he has gathered and uses it to deliver our training systems & help inspire people who wants to make a change to their lives.

Keith Greig
Keith spent 22yrs in the Armed forces, the last 5 years as a military PTI. He completed his level 3 PT May 2014 and earned his level 1 Strong First instructor qualification in Kettlebell training in October 2015. Keith's been taught by some of the best trainers in this industry and taken this knowledge to create great results for clients. His mantra is, 'If I can help and guide others to a fitter and stronger way of life, I will do all in my power to do so'.

Kay’s Story
