The Gym.

We are a small gym, but we pack an punch when it comes to the best training, support and community.

The Loft.

The Loft is our open gym area, fully stocked with all the kit you could ever need to get a great workout. It’s your one stop shop to get a full training session in when you can’t attend a class. We have everything from a Ski Erg to an Assault bike, plus kettlebells and barbells of course.

The Rig.

The Rig is our the main area for group training. As the name suggests, it houses a large training rig for maximum training versatility especially when it comes to body weight exercises and using the barbell correctly and safely. Whether it’s pull ups or bench presses, we’ve got it covered.

The Pit.

The Pit is our dedicated 1-2-1 personal training area, fully loaded with everything you and your trainer need to maximise each session. There is plenty of floor space to work on mobility, kettlebells and barbell racks to name just a few things to keep you motivated and energised.
