The Tactical Strength Challenge (TSC) is a semi-annual strength competition consisting of three events:
- A three-attempt powerlifting deadlift
- Pullups/flexed arm hang for max reps/time
- Kettlebell snatches for max reps in a 5:00 time period.
Each event presents a unique trade-off depending on the participant;
đDeadlift favouring larger participants,
đPullups/flexed-arm hang favouring smaller participants
đKettlebell snatches testing all participants equally
You must complete the event on May 7, 2022 at a pre-approved TSC host facility (yup, thatâs us!)
Why enter the TSC?
Entering the TSC is all about having a goal and trying to reach it, plus of course there is a bit of kudos in taking part too! StrongFirst is big on training towards something with dedication and practicing skills to reach the goal you have set and the TSC gives you the perfect opportunity to benchmark yourself now and aim for something later.
